The All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association (AIPMA) established in 1945 is the largest apex body to promote the development of Indian Plastic Industry and it also aims to assist the growth of plastic related materials and products globally. Indian plastic industry consists of 50,000+ units of which around 3,500 units are exporters. Our exports of plastic value added products is around US $ 8 Billion. However, due to changing economic landscape and support provided by Government of India, exports of plastic value added goods is expected to reach to US $ 25 Billion by 2027.
